Delivery Policy

  • Items are usually delivered within 1-3 Business days – Depending on our stock.
  • Our website does not automatically calculate or show the availability of items. To check stock, please feel free to call our customer support or send us an email to info@stagedesignmiami.com
  • The Delivery dates will be emailed to you with the order confirmation.
  • Customer is responsible to reserve elevator and do parking agreements with building prior to delivery date. If any of this doesn’t meet the requirements at the moment of delivery. Customer must re schedule delivery day and pay a extra $30.
  • DELIVERY OPTIONS
  • Standard delivery is curbside (no stairs) LOCAL DELIVERY FLAT RATE MIAMI/BROWARD $70 | PALM BEACH $100 | Naples – Ft. Myers Area $120
    The shippers will call to schedule a delivery appointment with a 4 hour window. The drivers will then meet you at the designated time and drop the merchandise on the curb.
  • White Glove Silver will include: (MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE AND PRICES VARIES PER NUMBER OF ITEMS) 
    In house delivery, up to 2 flights of stairs and into the desired room.
  • White Glove Gold will include(MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE AND PRICES VARIES PER NUMBER OF ITEMS) 
    In house delivery, up to 2 flights of stairs and into the desired room. And Assembling up to 2 items (Dining Sets are considered 1 piece)

PER INSURANCE POLICY OUR DRIVERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PICK UP ANY FURNITURE FROM CUSTOMERS HOUSE, OR TRASH ANY OLD FURNITURE. PLEASE DO NOT ASK THEM FOR THIS TYPE OF FAVORS 

 

  • Once a delivery is confirmed or attempted, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
